• When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address and basic profile information for authentication purposes only.

Visitor Records:

• All visitor data you enter (name, contact, visit details) is stored locally on your device and never uploaded to our servers.
• When you export data to Excel, processing happens entirely on your device - we don't access or store your exported files.

Automatically Collected Information:

• Basic device information (OS version, app version) for troubleshooting
• Anonymous usage statistics (features used, session duration) to improve the app

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity via Google Sign-In
• To enable local storage of your visitor records
• To process Excel exports on your device
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

Data Storage and Security

All visitor data remains on your device. We use secure local storage mechanisms provided by the operating system. Your Google authentication data is handled through Google's secure OAuth system.

Data Sharing

We do not share your visitor data with any third parties. The only exceptions are:

• Google authentication data (only for sign-in purposes)
• If required by law enforcement with proper legal process

Your Rights

• You can delete individual visitor records at any time
• You can revoke Google access via your Google account settings
• You can uninstall the app to remove all local data

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last Revised" date at the top indicates when changes were made. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
