Welcome to ZenVeda, a wellness and habit-building application developed and operated by Unity Technology. ZenVeda is designed to help users build sustainable daily habits, track wellness progress and weight goals, reduce stress, and support a healthier lifestyle through concepts inspired by Yoga, Ayurveda, mindful living, Kaizen, and other wellness traditions.
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you when you use the ZenVeda mobile application and related services.
Depending on the features you use, ZenVeda may collect the following categories of information:
ZenVeda may process information you voluntarily provide about your weight, goals, daily habits, sleep preferences, lifestyle, activity level, and wellness challenges. We use this information to provide app functionality, display progress, calculate habit scores and streaks, personalize your experience, and help you understand your wellness journey.
ZenVeda is a general wellness application and is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency healthcare services.

ZenVeda may allow you to sign in using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication and the applicable identity provider. Information received depends on the permissions you grant and the provider's own privacy settings and policies.
ZenVeda uses technology services that may process data on our behalf to operate and improve the application. These may include Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage where applicable, Cloud Functions, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Firebase Remote Config.
These service providers may process technical, account, usage, diagnostic, or app-related data as necessary to provide their services. Their processing is also subject to their own privacy terms and applicable data-protection requirements.
We may use analytics and crash-reporting services to understand how ZenVeda is used, identify technical issues, monitor app stability, and improve the user experience. Information may include app interactions, device information, operating-system version, app version, diagnostic events, and crash logs.
With your permission, ZenVeda may send reminders about habits, wellness routines, progress, streaks, and important app updates. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings and, where available, within the app.
Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card details. We may receive purchase status, transaction identifiers, product information, and entitlement data required to activate and manage premium access.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ZenVeda, maintain your account and progress, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Users may request deletion of their ZenVeda account and associated personal data through the in-app Delete Account feature, where available, or by contacting us at info@unitytechnology.in. We will process valid deletion requests subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and record-keeping requirements.
ZenVeda is not directed to children under the age of 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us contrary to this policy, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
ZenVeda provides general wellness, habit-building, mindfulness, movement, and lifestyle information for educational and informational purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. App content should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Users should consider seeking professional guidance before making significant changes to exercise, diet, weight-management, or wellness routines, particularly where they have health concerns or medical conditions.
Our service providers may process or store information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such processing is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and appropriate safeguards.
