02The problem

Why growth stalls.

Four reasons founders come to us — usually after trying one of the alternatives.

01

Engineering is the bottleneck

The roadmap is agreed, the demand is proven, and the only thing missing is people who can build it this quarter.

02

Hiring is slower than the market

A senior hire takes three months to sign and two more to ramp. Your window closes long before their first commit.

03

The last agency shipped a demo

It looked right in the deck and fell over under real users. No tests, no docs, no one left who understands it.

04

Nobody owns the numbers

Features ship, dashboards stay flat, and no one can say which release moved activation, retention or MRR.

04How we work

From call to launch.

The same four phases on every engagement — you always know which one you're in.

  1. 01Week 1

    Discovery

Founder interviews, existing-stack audit, and the one metric this build has to move.

  2. 02Week 2–4

    Design

Flows, wireframes, then high-fidelity UI. You review in the browser, not in a PDF.

  3. 03Week 4–10

    Build

Two-week sprints against a public board. Staging is live from day one, every sprint ships.

  4. 04Week 10+

    Launch & scale

QA, performance, analytics wiring, then 30 days of monitoring before hand-off or retainer.

05Why us

Why founders choose us.

Four uncommon habits, plainly stated — plus real hours on the calendar.

01

You own everything

Your repos, your cloud accounts, your credentials from day one. No proprietary platform to rent back from us.

02

Senior engineers only

The people on the call are the people writing the code. No bench juniors quietly staffed onto your build.

03

Scope tied to a metric

Every feature is justified against activation, retention or revenue. If it can't be, we argue against building it.

04

Support that stays

The engineer who shipped it picks up the thread six months later. Not a rotating ticket queue.

Timezone overlap

Standups, reviews and incident response inside your working day — not a report waiting when you wake up.

07In their words

What they say.

Three operators, three measurable outcomes.

They didn't sell us a CRM. They sold us a smaller sales team — and proved it inside a quarter.
Elena Vasquez
Founder & CEO · Arclight
Our app rating went from 3.4 to 4.7 in eleven months. The difference was almost entirely shipping speed.
Daniel Okafor
Co-founder · Meridian Labs
First partner that read our retention curve before showing us a wireframe. That alone earned the contract.

08Questions

You probably asked this.

The five we get most often, answered plainly.

Marketing sites land in 4–6 weeks; SaaS products reach a usable first release in 8–14 weeks depending on integrations. You get a week-by-week plan before kickoff.

You do, from the first commit. We work in your GitHub org and your cloud accounts, and you hold every credential throughout.

We commit to 4–8 hours of daily overlap with your working day depending on region, with standups and reviews inside that window. Async handover notes cover the rest.

Fixed-scope for well-defined builds, or a monthly squad for ongoing roadmap work. Both come with weekly burn-downs and no surprise change orders.

Often. We embed with your engineers, follow your conventions, review each other's PRs, and document everything for a clean hand-off.
