Head Films Business Operations is a CRM application designed specifically for Photostudio production business management.

A. Business Information:

  • Company/organization details
  • Business contact information (professional email, business phone)
  • Project and production data
  • Vendor and client business information
  • Employee/workforce management data (business context only)

B. Photo Capture/Selection:

  • Photos captured/selected SOLELY for business documentation purposes
  • Production progress photos, equipment documentation, location/scene documentation
  • Important: No personal media, personal photos, or entertainment content is accessed or stored
  • All photos remain the SOLE PROPERTY of the business/organization

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We use collected data exclusively for business operations management.

  • All data transmitted is encrypted using TLS 1.2+
  • Business data stored on secure cloud servers with encryption at rest
