Welcome to UNI PDF. UNI PDF is an all-in-one PDF assistant that helps you read, annotate, edit, merge, split, sign, organize, and manage PDF documents. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information and documents.

UNI PDF may process information required to provide its features. Depending on the features you use, this may include PDF files and documents that you intentionally open, import, create, edit, annotate, merge, split, sign, or otherwise process through the app.

• Notification Permission – Optional notifications and reminders.

PDF Processing

UNI PDF provides tools for reading, annotating, editing, merging, splitting, signing, organizing, compressing, and managing PDF documents. Where possible, PDF processing may be performed locally on your device.

Certain optional online features may require selected documents or related information to be processed through our servers or trusted third-party service providers. Such processing is performed only when required to provide the requested feature.

Data Storage

Your PDF files, annotations, bookmarks, reading progress, preferences, and other app data may be stored locally on your device to support offline use and application functionality.

If you choose to use backup, restore, or synchronization features, selected data may be stored on cloud infrastructure to provide those services.

Account & Sign-In

UNI PDF may provide sign-in using supported third-party authentication providers such as Google or Apple. When you choose to sign in, the applicable provider may process your information according to its own privacy policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information or PDF documents.

We may use trusted service providers for services such as cloud hosting, authentication, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, payment processing, and other services required to operate UNI PDF. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services or as permitted by applicable law.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information and documents against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Backup & Cloud Services

UNI PDF may offer optional backup, restore, and synchronization features. When you enable these features, the selected files and related information may be uploaded to the applicable cloud service so that they can be restored or synchronized.

Children's Privacy

UNI PDF is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.

Your Choices

You can control certain app permissions, notifications, storage access, and other settings through your device. Where account functionality is available, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
